nice job with the latest release! It's great & it works! :)

I have a question regarding the Contingents. We've reserved some time
for unplanned support activities as you've suggested in your release
notes. Now one critical bug emerged the team must urgently fix. What
would be the usual way of removing time from Contingents?

We tried adding a new bug ticket with time X to the sprint and remove
X time from Contingents, but it doesn't seem that this strategy is ok.
Sprint burndown chart doesn't take contingents in account and we have
a bump on a chart...
