Thank you very much for your reply.

I can't remember which interface was used to create the sprints, so I
went back and created some test milestones & sprints and suddenly
everything started working.

It looks like the problem occurs whenever the milestone and sprint
have the same name, in our case I'd just called both "Iteration 0".

I've gone back and renamed all our milestones, and now everything is
working fine.

One suggestion: It would be nice if the sprint view accessed from the
roadmap displayed the Description of the sprint.
