Reading the traceback, it seems to fail while sending an error. Can you enable debug logging in trac and have a look at the log or send it over? Which exact version of Trac and Python are you on? Do you have any other trac plugins enabled? Try to create a new trac environment with only Agilo enabled -- does that work?
