Hi,

We are using Agilo and have encountered a problem where tickets with
long descriptions (over 10000 characters) are not viewable with
Firefox.

This has been determined to be due to the serialized ticket
information that is injected into the response header, this causes the
response header to exceed the allowed limit in Firefox and for Firefox
to ignore the response.

These tickets are viewable with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Is it possible to limit the size of the serialized information or to
configure Agilo to not inject this information?

Thanks for your assistance,
Steve Officer
