Sadly, you cannot yet limit the size of that header field - of course we would love to get a patch. In the meantime you will have to limit the size of tickets - putting more information into the comment fields may help you work around that limit. I'm tracking this issue as <https://dev.agile42.com/ticket/1084> till it's resolved.
