Hi!

We've been using the free version Agilo for Trac a few years now, and
it has proven to be of great value.
We're now looking into upgrading to the Pro version, since we feel
that the extra features could be useful, and we'd also like to support
your efforts with other means than just reporting bugs, like we have
been thus far.

The dilemma we're having is this:

Our scrum team only consists of 4 people. (1 product owner, 1 scum
master, 2 team members), and we manage the process pretty well (thanks
to Agilo).

But, besides the scrum team, a group of 6 extra people also has the
ability to log in, submit bugs and read the wiki.

The thing is, we can't afford 10 licences, and the 6 extra people
don't play any roles in the Scrum process. They are just users.
They do however want the ability to submit bugs, and user wishes, and
use other standard trac features like reading the wiki, receiving
email notifications about changes, and using pluggable trac hacks,
like voting for features and whathaveyou.

Using a shared account for non-scrum people is not an option. How do
you propose we go about this?

Kind regards,
Primož Verdnik Drye
