Hi Anthony, I can't offer you a solution but I think I suspect I know what's going on here – you have just to figure out *why* it happens :-)
In the trac.ini there is there templates_dir option that contains a path to the Agilo source directory. This is used to apply the agilo style. However most people install from eggs, so the installed path contains a version number. The 'templates_dir' option needs to be updated whenever Agilo is updated so the appropriate templates are used. To ease that pain, there is an auto-updater that checks if the current install path is the same as written in the templates_dir option. If not, trac.ini is updated and written to disk. I guess this mechanism happens to you on every page load where it should happen only for the very first one. To verify my theory, you can do the following: 1. Create a symlink which points to <agilo install dir> but has no '.egg' in its filename. 2. Use the symlink in trac.ini instead of the '/srv/trac/testbed/.egg-cache/…' 3. Restart Apache. Now the problem should be gone. However you'll have the problem that you need to update the symlink after every Agilo upgrade but that might be an acceptable workaround for the time being. Why I think all of this happens: The updater checks only for '.egg' (IIRC!) in the filename. As your templates_dir contains '.egg-cache', this will always be true. So the updater should be made more intelligent. Maybe use a regex or so :-) fs -- Follow Agilo on Twitter: http://twitter.com/agiloforscrum Please support us by reviewing and voting on: http://userstories.com/products/8-agilo-for-scrum http://ohloh.net/p/agilo-scrum http://freshmeat.net/projects/agiloforscrum You have received this message because you are subscribed to the "Agilo for Scrum" Google Group.
