Actually I need more info, from what you tell it doesn't make sense that this is happening. Did you happen to update Agilo recently - perhaps mid sprint? Are you using any additional plugins? One way to get most of the info we need is to log in to agilo as an admin and visit "About Trac" in the upper right corner. Then copy the system information table.
