Our advice is to use the convention in the following example:

...
agilo.* = enabled
agilo_common.* = enabled
agilo_pro.* = enabled
trac.ticket.api.ticketsystem = disabled
trac.ticket.roadmap.roadmapmodule = disabled
trac.ticket.web_ui.ticketmodule = disabled
trac.web.auth.loginmodule = disabled
...

The star notation enables all of the module´s content and, when
updating, it enables also the newly installed components, thus
preserving dependencies.

We noticed that your version of Agilo is not up to date, so you could
try updating it, and the best time to do that is between sprints
because, since you are having problems with the burndown chart, you
could start with a clean state.
