Hello, I'v got the same problem. With my local installation of Trac (no Agilo) the Eclipse Mylyn Plugin works wonderfully over RPC API, but a different setup on a remote machine with Agilo throws HTTP error 500 when trying to access tickets and queries with Mylyn. I did not have any chance to read the log file so far but could post relevant entries when available. Hope that it'll soon work :-)
