You then run into further problems ; the primary cause is that the Trac connector for Mylyn has no concept of "ticket type". It will present all defined custom fields to the user and then send them all back to the server on "Submit". Because Agilo restricts the custom fields applicable to each ticket type, it will attempt to store the irrelevant extra fields in the core ticket table, and fail, because there is no such field there. The fix for that would be to make the Trac connector for Mylyn aware of "ticket types" and present appropriate fields to each user. I don't think you'd get full functionality at this point, because the Mylyn/Trac connector relates tickets via the master_ticket plugin, and Agilo uses it's own scheme. You would certainly need more features in the Mylyn connector for Trac.
