Hi Scott, 
Can you also provide the configuration of the about page? (Please, make 
sure you remove any sensitive data first.) 
Another useful think would be the log file. You should: 

- activate it in the administration page 
- set the level to DEBUG 
- try to reproduce the problem (planning some user story and check if they 
are in the Product backlog) 
- copy the log file and send it. 

Other questions: 
Have, the User Stories that you planned, some child ticket or reference 
(Task, etc..) not planned? 
These User Stories are in both Sprint backlog and Product Backlog?
