The ticket you mentioned is about a very old version of Agilo for Trac, and 
that specific problem has already been solved since a while.

Looking at the stack trace you provided, it seems that also the Trac egg has 
been installed without unzipping it, maybe you can give it a try with 
--always-unzip?
