Hi Ralf, we noticed that in the [components] section of your trac.ini file the agilo components are enabled one by one. This is not the recommended/tested way to enable agilo, so can you please remove all the lines in the [components] section starting with agilo and only leave the following ones?
[components] … agilo.* = enabled # the following lines are only required to use Agilo Pro agilo_common.* = enabled agilo_pro.* = enabled After you save the trac.ini file, please restart your Apache instance and try again.
