Pursuant to Rule 408, arkestra is RECUSED as judge of CFJ 1591, CFJ
1592, and CFJ 1593, and I ASSIGN Quazie to judge those same linked
CFJs.
Does this automatically invalidate my timing order to arkestra (dated
2 Feb 2007 01:33:28)? Or can I still pursue a case against em for
not carrying out the order?
