I disagree that making inappropriate judgments should be a criminal offense. I'd support having an appeal of a Judge's decision resulting in a judgment of OVERRULE either automatically or perhaps at the option of the Panel revoke either a D note or a Blue ribbon from the overruled Judge, though.
