OscarMeyr is capable of sentencing pikhq to either two simultaneous 30-day sentences or two simultaneous 60-day sentences. Once sentence is successfully passed, you can push for appeal on the grounds that "appropriate if the severity of the rule breach is reasonably correlated with the length of the tariff" has not been met, which would establish this issue (one way or the other) in case law as well as presumably a rule annotation.
