Maybe the answer is just to extend the winter holiday dates a few days? If we extend the holiday date 72 hours but say the deadline is the end of the holiday (same net effect), we could fix by adding a clause that *any* NoV is invalid during the holidays, since now that you mention it NoV's should be in the same class as judgements and proposals). -Goethe
