claim that it is a judgement "confirming the veracity of a victory
announcement", since the conditions of the announcement will precisely
match the hypothetical situation here.)
I expect that (similar to CFJ 3136) a judge would rule that Rule 2343
doesn't extend to a CFJ regarding a hypothetical victory announcement.
