They have different Chambers. I'm not making this an ordinary proposal because it's my own fault that I didn't try to veto or otherwise defeat the original proposal, so it's a bit lame to then propose a repeal; but if there's enough apathy/support that I can pass this using a mechanism created in the same breath, it's relatively interesting.
