Think I posted it but will re-post, I suggest something like:
When a move is required, the Grandmastor SHALL, With Notice, submit
the Agoran move. In giving notice to so submit, e SHOULD announce a
list of candidate moves, although any player can announce other candidate
move. The Grandmastor, in submitting the move, SHALL submit the
legal-in-chess candidate move with the greatest SUPPORT/OBJECT ratio;
if no such move, e CAN choose from available moves.
(pls wordsmith and propose if you like this concept, prob. won't do it
myself).
