You don't need this. If your contract says so, a person can act on
behalf of a party without needing to be a party emself. This just makes more
paperwork. I'd also add somewhere that you can destroy/amend your
contract by announcement, or with notice if you prefer.

For safety, you should use "once". This might reasonably be construed
to allow a person to do it an unlimited number of times, just so long
as e only takes one each time. You should also consider phrasing it so
it works with more than 1 stamp per message.
