I'd be willing to do one or all of these things. I've been around for just under a month, so I think I know the gist of this game enough by now to have responsibilities.

Rulekeepor is definitely out of date on SLRs; anyone could deputise for it with appropriate notice. They could also start an election, perhaps with a campaign pledge to reinstate CFJ annotations?
