Got it! This was decided in CFJ 3693-3694, which is one of those missing from the cotc database. CFJ 3694 "It is generally IMPOSSIBLE for a zombie to be transferred to the winner of a lot in a zombie auction." Judgement: FALSE Judge D. Margaux: "I judge this CFJ FALSE for the reasons I have previously given regarding this CFJ and CFJ 3693." Unfortunately, the "reasons previously given" seem to be in a convoluted thread (partly in Discussion), so I'll have to take a little longer to assemble the case log. IIRC, it was something about how the paragraph in R1885 beginning "For such an auction...", by specifying lots etc. had enough suitable implications to imply a CAN for Agora making the transfer (I also remember that I wasn't sure I bought those reasons personally). But I'll try to assemble Judge D. Margaux's "previously given" reasons in the next day or so. -G.
