I'm reading through the rules, and I come accross R2506, which ssays
that a zombie's master cannot act on behalf of eir zombie to (among
other things), to "initiate, support, object to, or perform a
dependent action". Can somebody explain? Am I being a pest here?
Voting isn't a dependent action. It's just an action.
Let's see if I get this straight now. Proposals and elections (except for first
condition in election initiation) are not dependent actions, because they are
not governed (by definition) by these restrictions (consent, support, etc.).
Things such as impeaching a player are dependent actions. Counterintuitive, but
fine, I screwed up again. I apologise for asking these dumb questions again.
