The last proposal pool published was for end of June 7, so we're close on
two weeks of proposals, including a bunch that were automatically pended
by Sets adoption, that haven't been published in any report yet (not
saying anything against the promotor who's still timely, just pointing out
that there's a whole stack out there that haven't been ratified away).
