There's an argument to be made that declaring a forum Discussion is intended to make it not possible for actions within it to be Public. The rules are silent on this tho, so I could see a judge finding other way. If a judge finds that this isn't the case currently, might be worth adding a "A message sent to a Discussion forum cannot be public." line to 478. Otherwise it makes DIS a bit of a trap, where people might attempt to hide actions that will receive less scrutiny than they would at BUS or OFF. -- nix Webmastor
