Telna's action reminded me: The below amendment is still open, and has
consent from Murphy and myself.
It's intended to make claiming a week simpler and more flexible.
It alse replaces Credits, which are always worth 5 boatloads of Coins,
with tokens that can be exchanged directly for coins. There was a
problem for a while where the contract kept running out of money
because of inflation.
