How about this: you don't earn the Coins Owed right away when you post
a summary. Instead, someone has to Thank you for it.

It would be nice to see the Thanks messages anyway.

To limit abuse, we could limit Thanking to the following methods:

- By announcement, if you're a player who hasn't Thanked yet this
  month.

- With Agoran Consent. (Just in case someone posts a boatload of legit
  articles and there aren't enough players to do the Thanking.)

Practically speaking, there's already a limit to how much profit and
damage can come from that scheme before we can shut it down: the
contract's current balance (currently 536 Coins) plus maybe next
month's R2631 income if they time it right. But it would be nice to
close the loophole anyway.
