Each party to this contract CAN leave the contract by announcement,

Favors are a class of assets, tracked by the Favoring One. The Favoring
One
is snail at first, but any party CAN become the Favoring One by
announcement if the Favoring One is not a party to this contract. The
Favoring One CAN change the text of this contract with 10 days notice.
Favors' essential attributes are their text, creator, cost, and period.
The
cost must be a positive integer, and the period must be a time period,
in
days (minimum 0 days). A favor's owner is referred to as its bearer.
Favors
with the same text, creator, cost, period, and bearer are fungible.
A consenting player CAN, by announcement, grant a specified entity a
favor,
specifying its text, cost, and period and becoming its creator.
A favor's bearer CAN, by announcement, cash the favor,
provided that any conditions for cashing it specified by its text
are unambiguously met. By doing so, e acts on the creator of the
favor's behalf, causing the creator to act as if e published the

"The Corporation"

1. This contract establishes the Agoran Syndicate Venture Group
(hereinafter "the Corporation").
2. Any active Agoran player may become a party to this contract by
announcement, and shall initially be registered with the corporate
rank of "Intern."
3. The initial creator of this contract (juniper) shall hold the
administrative executive title of "Managing Director."
4. The Managing Director shall maintain the official Corporate Ledger,
which tracks player ranks, internal departments, performance metrics,
and salary allocations.
5. The Corporation is structurally partitioned into three operational
divisions:
a. The Division of Internal Operations (DIO)
b. The Division of Wealth Generation (DWG)
c. The Department of Human Resources (DHR)
6. Any Intern who has completed at least 7 Agoran Days of consecutive
contract membership may apply to the Managing Director for promotion
to the rank of "Associate."
7. The Managing Director CAN, by announcement, appoint any Associate
to the rank of "Manager" over a specific division or department
outlined in Clause 5.
8. Managers are responsible for the daily coordination of Interns
assigned to their respective divisions and may issue non-binding
"Corporate Directives" to optimize workflow.
9. The Managing Director shall calculate a weekly Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) score for each party to this contract, ranging from an
integer value of 0 to 100.
10. A party’s KPI score increases based on the following actions, as
recorded in the Corporate Ledger:
a. Submitting a weekly corporate activity report (+10 KPI).
b. Depositing spendies or stamps into the Corporation's General
Pool (+5 KPI per spendie, +15 KPI per stamp).
c. Completing a designated Corporate Directive issued by a
Manager (+20 KPI).
11. If a party's KPI score drops below 15 in a single Agoran Month,
that party is placed on an automatic "Performance Improvement Plan"
(PIP) for 14 Agoran Days.
12. At the beginning of each Agoran Month, the Corporation shall
distribute salaries from its operational administrative fund based on
corporate rank.
13. Monthly salary tiers are structured as follows, subject to
available contract funds:
a. Interns: 1 spendie base salary.
b. Associates: 3 spendies base salary + a 5% KPI performance bonus.
c. Managers: 5 spendies base salary + a 10% KPI performance bonus.
14. An Associate CAN petition the Managing Director for promotion to
"Senior Partner" if eir cumulative KPI score exceeds 500 across two
consecutive quarters.
15. The Department of Human Resources (DHR) shall be overseen by an
appointed DHR Manager, or in eir absence, the Managing Director.
16. Any party to this contract who believes another party has violated
a Corporate Directive or acted against the economic growth of the
Corporation may file a formal "HR Grievance" by announcement.
17. Upon the filing of an HR Grievance, the DHR Manager shall open an
"Internal Audit Investigation" lasting exactly 7 Agoran Days.
18. During an Internal Audit Investigation, the accused party's right
to request salary distributions under Clause 13 is suspended.
19. At the conclusion of the investigation, the DHR Manager shall
issue a "Resolution Report" which may issue a corporate reprimand or
dismiss the grievance.
20. The Managing Director retains final appellate authority over all
DHR Resolution Reports and CAN overturn any DHR decision by
announcement within 3 Agoran Days of its publication.
21. To maintain fiscal transparency, the Corporation's assets are
dynamically tracked across four separate internal balances:
a. The Payroll Allocation Ledger
b. The Venture Escrow Reserve
c. The Operational Risk Pool
d. The Inter-Contract Portfolio
22. The General Pool of the Corporation consists of the mathematical
sum of all four sub-accounts outlined in Clause 21.
23. The Managing Director is solely responsible for ensuring the
structural liquidity and balance allocation of the sub-accounts. The
Managing Director CAN, by announcement, reallocate assets between the
Payroll Allocation Ledger, the Venture Escrow Reserve, the Operational
Risk Pool, and the Inter-Contract Portfolio to maintain optimal
corporate risk targets.
24. To maximize corporate capital growth, hedge against economic
decay, and participate in external macroeconomic Agoran environments,
the Corporation CAN engage in external institutional partnerships.
25. The Managing Director CAN, by announcement, cause the Corporation
to become a party to any external active Agoran contract, provided
that the target contract’s text allows entry by announcement,
legislative consensus, or internal vote.
26. If the Corporation successfully becomes a party to an external
Agoran contract, the Managing Director shall manage the assets
designated under the Inter-Contract Portfolio.
27. To satisfy the capital requirements, escrow terms, or partnership
parameters of an external contract, the Managing Director CAN direct
asset transfers from the Inter-Contract Portfolio directly to that
external contract's vault, up to the maximum balance of the
Inter-Contract Portfolio.
28. The maximum capacity and balance limit of the Inter-Contract
Portfolio shall be equivalent to 100% of the total consolidated value
of the Corporation’s General Pool.
