I'd get them, but I'm stil grasping how to play quake (I haven't even tried in a long time). I don't know why, it just seems a bit dificult for me..i know, I'm stupid. :) Maybe its because I was never really into fps games (I own a sega genisus, nintendo 64, gamecube, and ps2 and gameboy and all that) but I mostly play driving or fighting games and I usually don't get very far in them, anyway. I'd love to see a driving game, like grand terismo 3: a-spec for ps2, like where you can make your own cars, like in top speed 2, bu race in a season and get money to buy new engines and stuff.

Tyler

PS: that's not really on topic, just my feelings- and it would take a lot of programming knolidge to make that sort of game, i'm guessing.

Hi Tyler, Jedi quake is the official name for what the mod packs have
become. You can get the jediquake 3.7 release here:

Well, i don't think so it is a server lag, since it appears with dm
matches, or singleplayer games as well.
Maybe this is the sound problem, which mg. mentioned.

Best reg.,
Rob

Hello.

I have the same problem when I play online into starwars server. I
think that it is a lag.

Hello AQ-ers,
I am robert, and after reading those good posts in the archive, i
felt i have to join. Well, here i am, and i have to say that this
work, which taken to audioquake is just amazing. And the work, which
taken into jediquake is incredible. I know everyone telling you
this, so i may sound a bit boring, i can understand it, smile. But
after i discovered audioquake, the possibility to play with a good
fps, and when i discovered jediquake after it, i really don't have
words to explain how good they are. Maybe you can understand me
better, if i say, i am a big star wars fan. After this
"introductory", i have to say a strange... maybe bug?... with
jediquake. I don't know if it just hapens with me, but sometimes
when i'm multiplaying, or just playing a single game, the game
freezes for a few secs, and it keeps repeating the currently playing
sounds. After it, the game continues. I don't know if it is because
i have little memory (256 mb.), or it is a bug. If it is the second
case, hopefully the next version will fix it. Well, thats all for
now, and hopefully i didn't sound too boring. Bye for now, Rob.
p.s.: Once i played aq with a few friends, with graphics on. They
kept shouting at me, that i must switch to a shotgun, because that
"broom" is not a weapon. I told them, all right, wait a sec, i will
show ya. And then, they just looked in surprise when i killed 5 mobs
in a row, lol. Yeah, that was the good light saber.
