Ken, thanks for your feedback and I hope that the latest latest (RC4) release goes some way to fixing it.
Regarding Launchpad, it should only take 2min to register as all it asks for is your name and email address and, possibly, gets you to reply or click a link in the email to confirm you are who you say you are. That's (honestly!) it and it's also one reason why we chose Launchapd -- the other being its accessibility relative to other similar services. It's absolutely vital that people report problems on our Launchpad site as that's where all the people who are responsible for solving them (currently only Sebby and I but soon to be others, we hope) will be looking to hear the reports. It also ties into our database of errors and milestones and fixes and code management, so that we can see exactly what has been fixed and what hasn't -- a task that's virtually impossible when using just a plain mailing list. If the AGRIP project is to succeed in future after we've left main development up to the community then Launchpad will be vital to its success in our opinion. Please do report a bug if you still get these problems in RC4 and do tell us which mods you installed (note down the URLs of the QMOD files) and how they failed so that we can test the same at our end.
