Actually, it will if it's quake 1, what you may have to do is just install winquake, I had to when I purchased the download, installed it first, and then when I got AudioQuake installed the first time the game is run it looks for the game data, and if you don't have the shareware version because you've installed the full version, it will be found and you sholuld be good to go from there.
