Hi Krecoun,

It doesn't have anything to do with hardware, that's allmost for sure, nor 
can server.cfg (as far as I know) cause troubles for offline gaming. Maybe 
you should disable internet on both computers just to try connecting. I 
think that if the server gets online and detects the agrip server, it will 
act as if it is a public one meaning that you need ty connect using external 
addresses such as 88.22.33.44. If internet is disabled temporary it may 
work.
