Bug description:
Occasionally a clip art record will not contain any data except the records'
creator, and later other fields will slowly populate themselves, but not always
the image ..

What might be going on is that aiki is creating records immediately when a user
submits it, instead of waiting until an upload is successful and all fields
contain valid data.
