Bug description:
When something in the top level is selected (whether with children or not), and
something is already selected (and displaying in right panel) , the right panel
does not update as expected - with options for the newly selected top most
item.
EX: When a user opens a widget from "admin", and then clicks
admin_tools_delete, the right frame doesn't change. Instead the right frame
should either show something prompting the user to add a widget to this url,
rename the url, etc.
Also, it would seem prudent to have a folders' contents collapse/expand (if
possible) when a user clicks on its name.
Also, the triangle for the very top level items ("Database & Widgets",
"Javascripts") etc. does nothing, it should either be removed or cause the
panel to close itself to match triangle behavior in other parts of the program.
