When other document is selected in the doc. tree the browser does not properly
put the new page (right frame) to the top of the new selection parameter page.

Bug description:
This is most noticeable for documents that require the use of the scroll bar,
and when a user scrolls down the page far enough and selects an object with an
equal or greater number of parameters.
