The patch "AIRAVATA-104-UM-API-update+user_create_ui.patch" contains an update 
to the custom user manager API (with the relevant updates to the impls) & the 
UI to create a user. Apply the patch to "trunk/"

Eventhough the front-end is done like the backend code to creating the user 
needs to be fixed since the current rmi method of connecting to the jack rabbit 
registry does not seem to support jack rabbit usermanager. I'm working on 
providing another patch to work around it through webdav instead.
