I wanted someone that would study "online", due to our work patterns and end up with the relevant qualifications to fill chief radiography position. The reason for this is that like many radiographers WE would like to see radiographers incharge of medical imaging departments. I am finding like many other rural remote radiographers, the paper work load is becoming our time consuming waste of time having to explain and document every thing that we were trained to do and not being paid as a chief radiographer.

He is not a good analogy for us because we are more like the people he controlled. He gave himself the freedom that we refuse to give ourselves. Personally I like the idea of anything that develops MRS' into pro's who will control & direct the future of Medical Imaging & Therapy as an independent profession. Unfortunately being an MBA or an auto-didact doesn't matter because that's the one thing we do not, as a rule, do. Making yourself useful as someone elses tool isn't the same thing. This dinosaur is fine thank you. But like the dinosaurs I am becoming extinct because my ecosystem (paradigm) is failing while the parasites around me are adapting & feeding off it.
