This is a correct me if I am wrong please answer.
My understanding is that given appropriate collimation that Pb shielding
wo= uld have little or no effect and that any potential harm to the
patient ari= ses from the secondary radiation produced from the patient
(and Bucky etc i= f in the department). Pb shielding would have minimal
advantage here unless=  in the case of a department Bucky film the
shielding was actually on the f= ront of the patient for a PA film.(ie
on the Bucky side of patient).
