Job Description &Required Skills:
1.. Work closely with internal and external customers to define business,
technical, and functional requirements
2.. Drive the analysis phase of the software development lifecycle to
completion while developing and validating use cases, specifications, and
process flow diagrams.
3.. Work with the other experts to quickly learn the systems
4.. Analyze and research complex systems and work with a team to determine
the best solution for our customers
1.. Must be self-directed and capable of working in a fast paced, ambiguous
environment.
2.. Strong analytical skills required with in-depth knowledge of industry
standards in use cases, requirements analysis, and process flow development.
3.. Prior RUP experience is required.
4.. Comfortable and confident using industry standard requirement tools
(ex. requirements traceability matrix) to clearly communicate the needs of the
solution to your internal and external customers
5.. Proven experience working with complex systems and the solution
development life cycle
6.. The internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and
desire to help the customers succeed
7.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8.. Ability to quickly understand complex systems and be able to explain
them to varying customers
9.. Perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision
10.. Strong multi-tasking skills
1.. Microsoft Office Suite
2.. Visio
