Weblogic 9.2, Korn scripting, Solaris, and strong communication skills are the heart of the position. Key requirements: Extensive experience planning, designing and implementing necessary changes to production and non production WebLogic clusters Significant experience supporting WebLogic servers for production mission critical applications Extensive Unix and Linux experience. Sun Solaris and RedHat preferred Familiarity with several technology tiers, e.g., storage, database, application and web Considerable shell scripting experience Previous Interviewees said phone screen asked about veritas clustering, load balancing, and shell scripting. and going to focus on Weblogic 9.2, Weblogic scripting tools, Oracle - basic skills, and korn shell scripting during the phone screens. Also, said that the Solaris experience is more important than the RedHat experience (they are moving towards Redhat in the next 6-12 months).
