The consultant will be asked to assist with Gap Analysis, evaluate and recommend an implementation approach, perform the initial configuration, and assist in testing the configured solution. The ECM solution will need to incorporate R/3 reporting, BW, and MSS/Portals interfaces. Implementation of ECM on ECC6 SAP HR system, which includes: Budget modeling for salary, stock options, incentives Annual process of merit increases, stock options granting, and EVP incentive Quarterly process for SSP and MVP incentives Promotion process New hire stock option process Reporting for HR and Finance 7+ years SAP HR experience with multiple ECM projects. The consultant will be acting as a subject matter expert and working directly with the client's HR team.
