Laurel**, NJ*** Duration: *8 Months * *Job Description:* * * - Knowledge of *Novell CAN/CNE* a plus - Knowledge of *Wise Packaging Studio* Professional a plus - *Project Mgmt. certification* a plus Minimum *5+ years experience* supporting a Desktop Management solution including software repackaging and distribution - Novell *ZENWorks*experience desired ( *Desktop & ZEN for Servers*) Project Management and Leadership skills required, including the ability to self manage, coordinate, and document complex projects through implementation Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong *documentation skills* for requirement gathering, tracking of issue resolution, work-arounds, preventative measures, knowledge-base creation & management, along with strategic planning. *Team Lead/Supervisory role* overseeing small team of software *repackagers and/or distribution/ZENworks* engineers, and serving as an escalation point for issue resolution. - *Works with Conversion Engineers* in requirement gathering/discovery, software packaging (including best practices), and distribution of *software utilizing Novell ZENWorks*** - Leads *design and implementation efforts including documentation and project management* for a major software distribution integration project - Interfaces to the augmented packaging team.
