Hi Rogier, I read about the idea of Script#, but my current opinion is that it doesn't help to create professional web sites (web applications). It will end in more and more JavaScript code that will blow the size for each page. I know that there not enough JavaScript developers around the world, but it seems to be careful for C# developers to code JavaScript like the would do in C#. The main problem is that you need the knowledge of stateless http, the postback problem,...
The next problem is that it seems to be type safe while coding in C#, JavaScript does not have this type safety, and what is with all you existing JavaScript code? I don't really understand the idea behind Script#, sorry. If you are reading my blog or posts here you will see that I'm missing the "professional" in Visual Studio .NET Professional. If you are talking about the Express editions I would say it would be great to have something like Script#, but not for web applications where you will have a look at bytes transfered, older web browsers support,...
