Hi Michael, I have been using your component version 5.6.3.4. I just recently tried to update to version 6.5.17.1 then 6.7.20.1. These two last versions has caused problem for us, clients are complaining that the system doesn't work, because it's keep showing the loading image without returning results. It could be that the callback function doesn't get called or something, but it makes impression that the system is hanging. Their specs are :
Internet Explorer Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 Cipher strength 128bit Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 Build 2600 xp.sp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519:service pack 2 So we have to revert to the old version, but it has caused lose of confidence in our product. How can I solve this problem?
