My friend, here you have the best sample page to learn how to use Ajax,
this one is done using Ajax.dll, but you can use AjaxPro.dll instead,
in fact I tested it and it works perfect.
you can use AjaxPro.2.dll if you are using visual studio 2005, I mean,
ASP. Net 2.0.

and here is what you need to write in the web.config file while using
AjaxPro.dll

<httpHandlers>
      <add verb="POST,GET" path="ajaxpro/*.ashx"
