Egyszeruen csak arrol van szo, hogy bizonyos napokra nem kap bert. Ha a tobbi napra kiszamolod (meg a berprogramod is) a beret, ugyanazzal a brutto berrel szamolsz idoaranyosan. Ezen az alapon az allomanyban levo GYED-en levomet is jelentgethetnem, mert nem fizetek neki semmit!
