Part of the problem is that (for the most part) people don't check the
forums, and nobody knows there's anything new to it unless they're
actually monitoring them.

It'll take me a little work, but I think I might be able to set
something up so that all new notifications of forum posts get
forwarded to the lists.  That way people actually know there's stuff
there.

Thoughts?
