No, I think that he is talking about the first time using it.
Imagine setting up Gump for the first time and having to first go to a
bazillion different websites to get the cvs login information.
Maybe it would be a good idea to add another field to Gump to include the
anonymous CVS login password and then somehow generate a single script that
would create a whole bunch of cvs login entries that would feed it the
anonymous password.
